Job Description

About the Team:
Our Media Solutions group is responsible for leading pre-sale by crafting robust and large scale media plans, brainstorming marketing strategies for lower tier deals, developing strong client relationships in pre-sale, and creating programs for key clients.
Our Marketing Strategy team is responsible for generating partnerships with our biggest and most strategic advertising partners.
Our Client Services group is responsible for leading post-sale campaigns through expert client relationships, communication, and implementation of highly custom media and content programs.

What you'll do:
• Serve as the leader for the three sales support teams as noted above, who handle complex Lifestyle brand partnership executions, inclusive of custom content, media, talent, social, events for our agencies and clients across Entertainment, CPG, Travel and Tech categories.
• Manage and oversee the growth of up to 5 direct reports
• Spearhead the creation, implementation, and improvement of process and best practices within the pod, specific to the lifestyle category
• Partner with Sales Leadership on Lifestyle category specific go to market strategy
• Oversee partnerships internally and externally by leading the teams' execution process for clients and internal counterparts
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Integrated Marketing teams once a program is sold to ensure no details are missed in execution
• Work collaboratively with the Creative Direction Group and internal makers to ensure concepts are on brand for R29 and client
• Enforce the team's exceptional white glove service for top clients as the main point of contact, and manage clients on set for custom content shoots
• Present learnings and recommendations for key Lifestyle clients and analyze for your reports to gather strategic insights.

What you have:
• Solid track record of managing pre and post process and overseeing a team: Particularly in the categories of client service, project management, digital media, integrated marketing (pre to post), account management or relevant agency or publisher experience
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and organizational skill
• Lifestyle account experience a plus
• Digital media planning experience
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality client service
