Job Description

Virtue Intelligence is a team of inquisitive storytellers who use a blend of art & science to excavate and decode human behaviors and truths that inform and inspire our entire creative process. The Analyst reports to the Intelligence Director, and participates in the execution of measurement and research plans. This individual's embodiment of creativity, efficiency, innovation, critical thinking, curiosity, and attention to detail will be key to the department's success.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Uncover insights that help us create ideas that breakthrough with audiences and in culture.
• Mine social listening platforms, proprietary tools and resources to help the strategy and creative teams move at the speed of culture and root ideas in real human understanding.
• Participate in execution of trend reports, measurement plans, pulling & analyzing performance data, and market research.
• Are able to work quickly to help the team stay up to the minute on insights and cultural observations.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of work.
• Synthesize multiple data sets to derive insights.
• Prepare well-developed first drafts of findings, as guided by the Intelligence Director
• Present findings (both measurement and research) internally and to clients over the phone or in-person
• Always strive to make the work better

REQUIREMENTS
• 3 years of experience
• Analytical and strategic-minded
• Culturally attuned and trend focused
• Collaborative with strategy and creative teams
• Excellent written and in-person communication skills
• Quick learner with high cultural acuity and an affinity for critical and logical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, with sometimes tight timelines and budgets
• Experience in social listening
• Experience in using data manipulation tools, such as Excel, Tableau, SPSS
• Experience in using data analysis languages, such as Python or R
• Experience in using presentation tools, such as Keynote or Powerpoint
• Experience in trend spotting and reporting
