DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Manage a business delivery services team of consultants and analyst staff for design, development and deployment of enhancements, bug-fix along with day-to-day application support of Oracle financials single global instance. Responsibilities include leading and managing the business delivery services team that includes six direct reports, indirect reports, and external resources. Participate in all phases of application development, including analysis and design, programming, hardware and software evaluations and user interactions. Work with developers and business analysts to develop and write applications, systems and programs. Manage design and development of software code that conforms to IS&T standards for quality. Provide technical development and troubleshooting support to other team members and mentoring to junior developers and analysts. Manage and work with onsite and offshore development and implementation teams to deliver results. Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Convert business requirements into functional and technical specification documents. Provide Oracle Application day to day production support. Configure, develop, implement, test and validate Oracle EBS application modules and extensions. Lead business requirement definition sessions and prepares detailed functional design specifications. Support existing divisions and implement new line of business in Oracle Application Access Control Governance module in Oracle GRC application for maintaining segregation of duties in financial application. Create solutions prototype and proof of concepts, and demonstrate to business teams. Create project plans, manage dashboard reports, issues lists, risk logs, cross-functional team requirements and presentations. Provide technology solution across the SDLC including requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, integration, testing and deployment. Serve as primary contact for the divisional users for both production support. Interface with a large customer base across geographic locations to understand their needs and priorities, and communicate to upper management. Run status meetings with business users for day-to-day production support. Perform (and supervise) fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, application configuration and testing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Requirements: Must have a Master's Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science. Must have two years of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) experience. Will accept a Bachelor's Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science and five years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in lieu of Master's Degree and two years of experience. The required experience must include experience with Oracle Financials; designing, configuring and implementing Oracle EBS; business requirements assessment and solution design; converting business requirements into functional specification documents; SQL; PL/SQL; TOAD; XML Publisher; Oracle Workflow; and utilizing change and ticket management processes.
