Role Details:
Our team is looking for an QA Automation Architect who is both Technical and a self-starter! The Architect role, will help build our next generation of QA Automation by defining, implementing, and measuring automation practices to ensure that our products provide value to our customers by delivering reliable and defect free applications. The ideal candidate is strategic in their thinking and believes in value-based automation.

Day-to-Day:
• Implement and guide the QA and Development teams to ensure customer requirements and delivery schedules are met
• Collaborate with Quality, Automation and Development Engineers both setup testing frameworks and refine automated testing
• Define and maintain test system configurations and perform test executions while writing test scripts for complex integrated systems
• Build automation tools and frameworks to test mobile, OTT and web applications
• Analyze product requirements with members of the project/product delivery team and devise automation strategies
• Define strategies, design and implement test automation tooling and metrics to measure the automation effectiveness
• Drive the adoption of proven testing patterns and technologies to ensure timely and high-quality releases
• Code and resolve issues in Java, instrumented with GitLab or other CI/CD systems
• Partner with teams to improve CI/CD processes and technology
• Keeps abreast of current and emerging technology and trends in automated software testing
• Additional other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you bring to the team:

You have -
• 8+ years of QA Automation and Software Quality Engineering experience
• 5+ years of Coding experience
• Strong sense of architecture and design for fault tolerance, scale-out approaches and stability
• Experience in building tools and automation for product running on multiple platforms
• Experience with Mobile, Web and Video Automation as well as standard automation tools/framework
• Experience managing a mix of FTE and contracting resources
• Prior work in Agile development model
• Action and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and balance various tasks
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills within a fast-paced environment
