Under the mentorship of the Director of CRM & First Party Data Initiatives, this role is responsible for supporting all email marketing, first party data acquisition, first party media experimentation, data sharing, and data governance efforts for Paramount Pictures from within the Global Theatrical Marketing & Distribution Department.

More specifically, these responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting the execution of the studio's email marketing calendar and all email journey programs
• Partnering with various creative, digital marketing, and external design teams – across both theatrical and home entertainment – to develop compelling, timely, and effective email marketing content
• Supporting strategies to help Paramount Pictures achieve its data acquisition, data enrichment, and ROI goals
• Partnering with the internal media team, external media agency, marketing technology team, and various digital ad platforms on:
• Data / email subscriber acquisition tactics
• Leveraging first party data for seed audience building and lookalike modeling
• Working with the legal and privacy teams to ensure proper compliance
• Working with stakeholders from across the broader Paramount Global enterprise on cross-promotional and data sharing projects
• Tracking and compiling industry trends, understanding best practices, and performing competitive analyses to inform CRM & First Party Data strategies
• Developing trusted relationships with various partners across the studio and the broader Paramount Global enterprise
• Day-to-day collaboration with relevant external partners and consultants

Basic Qualifications:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience and advanced proficiency within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem – including, but not limited to:
• Building, scheduling, and deploying emails
• Building email journeys and A/B tests
• Performance reporting and optimization
• Data quality management / subscriber database maintenance
• Building and leveraging data extensions for targeted sends
• Querying data
• A deep understanding of the MarTech/AdTech landscape
• Familiarity with relevant data privacy regulations including CCPA, GDPR, and COPPA
• Meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to juggle multiple projects with varying degrees of completion and priority in a fast-paced environment
• Basic SQL knowledge and experience
• Advanced Excel knowledge and experience
• Strong track record of identifying key questions, performing quantitative analyses independently, and communicating findings in a clear and concise manner
• Excellence in crafting, presenting, and socializing complex ideas, recommendations, and insights with an adaptable communication approach, as necessary, in order to partner with broad stakeholder groups
• Experience working in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree a plus – preferably in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s)
• Hands-on experience with reporting using enterprise-level data visualization tools (Tableau, specifically, a plus)
• Experience in marketing attribution and consumer journey mapping
