Director, FP&A (Central)

The Director, FP&A (Central) will be an important member of the ViacomCBS Streaming Finance team and will interact with many different groups within the organization. The Director will use strong project management skills, effective communication, and a hands-on approach to drive operational improvements. The primary responsibilities will be to lead the forecasting and budgeting of revenues and expenses for the Central Services division as well as manage capex, oversee allocations of central costs, perform headcount analyses, build and maintain KPI dashboards, and other ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, this position will:
• Partner with Central teams (i.e. Ad Sales, Facilities, Legal, HR, Corporate Communications, etc.) on managing the P&L to maintain accurate forecasts
• Lead a team of Analysts in annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, long-range planning, and headcount planning
• Build and prepare financial reporting and KPI dashboards
• Contribute to large presentations by preparing data and slides
• Oversee recharges, accruals, contracts, and invoices for Central departments and brands across the company
• Serve as the primary reviewer of month-end reconciliations and forecast variances
• Drive process improvements through automation of reporting packages and dashboards
• Ad hoc reporting, modeling, and analyses

Basic Qualifications
• 7+ years' experience in FP&A or equivalent quantitative roles
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Advanced degree a plus
