Job Description
Director, FP&A (Reporting & Consolidations)The Director, FP&A (Reporting and Consolidations) will be an important member of the ViacomCBS Streaming Finance team and will interact with many different groups within the organization. The Director will use strong project management skills, effective communication, and a hands-on approach to drive operational improvements. The primary responsibilities will be to prepare consolidated financial reporting, manage corporate submissions of forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses, lead intercompany eliminations processes, contribute to large scale presentation materials, and other ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, this position will:
• Build and maintain consolidated financial reporting of Streaming business units
• Drive process improvements through automation of reporting packages and dashboards
• Organize and prepare materials for large scale presentations
• Lead a team of Analysts in conducting variance analyses and corporate submissions
• Manage intercompany eliminations
• Ad hoc reporting, modeling, and analyses
Basic Qualifications
• 7+ years' experience in FP&A or equivalent quantitative roles
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Advanced Degree a plus
