ViacomCBS Streaming (formerly CBS Interactive) is a division of ViacomCBS that encompasses both free, paid, and premium streaming services including Pluto TV, Paramount +, CBS Sports Digital, and CBS News Digital.

Role Details:

The ViacomCBS Digital Partnership Marketing team is seeking an Associate Manager for Paramount+. The ideal Associate Manager is an innovative problem solver, has the ability to go beyond traditional processes, and feels comfortable working with internal and external partners. You will directly work with partners like Apple, Amazon, and Connected TV partners to grow and engage the Paramount+ audience.

Your Day-to-Day:
• Handle branding and content refreshes across Paramount+ Channels partners, collaborating with Operations, Distribution and Marketing teams
• Support team's editorial campaigns and promotions on Channels platforms - communicating upcoming priorities to external teams, tracking upcoming content launches, identifying streaming trends to merchandise top performing content for individual partners
• Own editorial pitches for organic placements and partners end-to-end - pitch content, develop creative, traffic assets, capture live campaigns and share results with our partners
• Facilitate asset gathering (style guides, digital assets, reference material, etc.) from internal creative team and ensure organized delivery to partner teams
• Drive new ideas and processes to improve quality, efficiency, and performance of Channels customer experience and marketing campaigns
• Engage with internal business teams to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and help develop scalable merchandising tests and pilots
• Align with Product, Partnership Operations and Video teams to identify user flows, flag marketing concerns and troubleshoot solutions and fixes
• Collaborate with Campaign Management Coordinator for creative assets promoting network priorities, sports tentpoles, Paramount+ originals and live events

Key Projects:
• Own merchandising operations and strategy for Channels brand refreshes, content wireframes in U.S.
• Develop multi-brand editorial calendar to showcase upcoming launches, trending content and key tentpoles
• Establish tracker of procured organic placements across partners and track results/success
• Drive forward organic and merchandising strategy through collaboration with Product, Distribution, Operations and Business Insights teams to test, optimize and determine efficiency of campaigns


What you bring to the team:

You have -
• 2+ years of experience required, preferably at a media company or agency
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements, understanding of digital marketing metrics
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills , and takes initiative in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Hands-on with end-to-end execution; able to work under pressure, recognize problems, and find solutions
• Knowledge of OTT and streaming marketplace

You might also have -
• An analytical mind, natural curiosity, and passion for consumer marketing
• Knowledge and/or previous experience with digital merchandising and marketing across app, mobile, desktop and connected devices
• Experience working with digital operations, editorial and merchandising teams
• Familiarity with JIRA and/or any other similar project management software
