Job Description
The Event Production Marketing Associate will play a key role in enhancing the production side of the business as we continue to grow. In this role, The Event Production Marketing Associate will have broad responsibilities including creating decks, creating production timelines, liaise with sales and marketing and the events team, assist in creating and tracking event budgets, keeping the event calendar, meeting with new venues and vendors, doing site checks and be a primary point of contact day of show.

Additional responsibilities will include:
• Be responsible for and help manage event budgets
• Assist in managing creative assets for events
• Liaise and collaborate with sales team to support all sponsorship deliverables
• Help manage logistics for sponsorship activations
• Track and maintain venue and vendor contacts, rates, spatial details and proposals for events
• Schedule and attend venue site checks
• Oversee and manage all virtual events
• Create production timelines for live events
• Perform general administrative duties

This position will pay $66,750. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
