How you ' ll LEAD

The UX/UI Product Designer will develop and execute on new and existing products by creating flows, wireframes, and thoughtfully designed user interfaces.

This is a hybrid role; both a strong understanding of UX principles and exemplary visual design skills are required in order to deliver consistent and intuitive quality creative that accurately reflects the Ingrooves brand across all products.

You will professionally interface with internal team members and developers, possessing the ability to communicate design process and elements in a clear, concise, and objective manner.

How you ' ll CREATE
• Conceptualize and deliver design assets that meet business and usability objectives
• Achieve solutions that are right for our users and adhere to the product vision in order to maintain consistency across products and overall brand
• Ensure that the UX (user experience) and overall UI (user interface) is intuitive
• Identify opportunities to increase overall and more consistent UX/UI
• Rapidly create working prototypes or mockups for demonstration and POC
• Work with Director of Product Design and product managers to interpret usability testing results and inform design decisions
• Work with developers to implement designs that enhance the usability of the platform
• Communicate deadlines and requirements and expedite the inevitable '' rush jobs''
• Work with fully-remote product and development teams via Zoom, Slack, and email
• Comfortable with change and can adapt in a dynamic collaborative environment
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and their deadlines as needed to maintain a high level of efficiency
• Work collaboratively with Director of Product Design and product managers to wireframe and prototype new and existing features for core products on mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Deliver high fidelity mockups and documentation to development teams for implementation
• Lead all aspects of design (interaction, visual, UX, prototyping)
• Help build and maintain current design libraries
• Proactively continue to improve the user experience of our products

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• A professional portfolio that shows off your strength and range as a UX/UI designer, thinker, and communicator

Skills
• Strong visual design skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of responsive design best practices
• Familiar with agile, working in sprints, and iterative delivery with the understanding that they are necessary aspects of creating great products Strong Sketch proficiency
• Extensive experience co llaborat ing with Product Managers, Developers, and Creative Directors
• Knows how to build and use brand style guides
• Expertise in rapid prototyping with tools such as Axure or inVision
• Deep understanding of the development workflow and process
• Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Knowledge of CSS
• Custom illustration skills a plus
• Experience with UI animations a plus

Physical Requirements

This position will be performed remotely and will require communication via Zoom conference, email, Slack, and phone. Because this is a global team, there will be times that the position requires availability to accommodate different time zones.

$63,000 - $146,960
