Sr. Manager, Identity Access Management (IAM)
The Global Technology - Identity & Security Organization protects user identity on UMG systems supporting enterprise users, labels/artists and business partner users around the world. The Identity & Security Organization is staffed with security practitioners that perform technical security assessments (APPSEC), security findings remediation, and other advanced security capabilities.
The Sr. Manager of Identity Access Management (IAM) reports to the Vice President of Tech Security and is responsible for managing a team of business analysts and security engineers focused on identity related projects and global security initiatives. The Sr. Manager will set timebound goals for the team, and evaluate/realign performance results using standardized reporting, and proven people management tools and techniques.
How you'll CREATE:
• Manage a team that develops, maintains, and supports authentication/authorization solutions for UMG applications
• Access UMG Identity Management systems to guide and direct solution development, troubleshoot connectivity, and update identity or security configurations
• Engage in hands-on support of advanced identity solutions, including CI/CD architecture, custom interfaces and automation
• Develop and maintain an Identity team-focused training program to level performance capabilities with standard practices
• Provide architectural and technical guidance to other department/division security initiatives developing counter-measures used to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure
• Ensure customer-facing work processes and technical solutions are clearly documented with roles and responsibilities
Bring your VIBE:
• Experience with modern Identity & Access Management concepts and best practices such as access tokens, ID tokens, claims, grants and conditional access policies in a large-scale/global environment supported by the latest platforms (AD, ADFS, Azure AD, Azure B2C, Ping Identity, OKTA, or Auth0)
• Hands-on experience with securing APIs and integrating applications using industry standard SSO technologies and protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, WS-Fed, FIDO, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos, or NTLM)
• Ability to utilize various programming or scripting languages such as Shell scripting, Perl, Python, JavaScript, HTML and PowerShell
• Effective communication with end users, technical IT teams, business partners, network providers, and outsourced vendors spanning diverse cultural and technical backgrounds in a global environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Network Security, or related field with 10+ years related industry experience
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, GISP, GSEC, GCLD, Security+, or ITIL v3 Foundation

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
