Astralwerks is currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who has a passion for electronic music, superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and juggle multiple critical requests. Must be very efficient and highly attuned to the smallest of details, as well as being able to multi-task in a high-pressure environment is crucial. A ''can-do'' attitude is essential.

How you'll CREATE:
• Develop and execute frontline track & album release marketing plans with a concentration on consumer-driven marketing
• Coordinate all label departments' (A&R, creative, digital marketing, publicity, video production, street marketing, production, radio promotion etc.) efforts leading up to, and throughout, releases to ensure proper execution of overall marketing plan objectives
• Build and deliver cohesive imaging strategy for each project and reinforce this image throughout the project
• Hire and manage independent marketing companies to facilitate record label's marketing/promotional efforts
• Secure strategic marketing placements and opportunities with outside corporate and entertainment partners
• Understand the demographics that comprise artists' fan bases and, based on the assets delivered by artists, develop product suites to increase revenue streams
• Develop/maintain artist's schedules and calendars to build a successful marketing campaign
• Consistently analyze results of marketing efforts as well as another appropriate contextual marketing conditions; identify key opportunities and weaknesses and communicate these to the team with the research department
• Direct international strategies, as well as communicating information and create appropriate tools for international territories for assigned projects
• Effectively manage marketing & promotion budgets for assigned projects
• Work with all departments to create budgets for each commercial release and coordinate approval with finance department
• Effectively traffic all aspects of assigned projects from master delivery through production
• Manage Artist Relations for assigned artists
• Act as primary liaison between artist team and label, maintaining awareness of communication any artist issues, plans, sensitivities, etc. to the team while also diplomatically representing the label's interests to the artist.
• Coordinate any artist appearance (publicity, radio, in stores) with internal departments as well as artists and any outside vendors (travel, equipment, etc.) ensuring that both the artists' and the label's needs are met in a satisfactory manner

• Thorough knowledge of the dance / electronic sector with experience of promoter circuit, dance charts, digital and social media platforms, and grassroots marketing
• Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize based evolving workload
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong communication abilities with the ability to write and convey marketing plans/efforts to executives, management, and international territories
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including adaptability, personal effectiveness, and the ability to establish quick rapport
• Domestic & international travel required
