Fonovisa/Disa is currently seeking to fill the role of an Senior Manager, Commercial Partnerships Digital. Reporting to the Commercial and Digital VP, the Senior Manager Commercial Partnerships Digital will be responsible for strategic and operational tasks as part of the Digital Marketing Fonovisa/Disa team. The successful candidate will execute and control the marketing strategies for a specific group of artists.
How you'll CREATE:
• Responsible for providing support across digital team. Assist in planning, executing & analyzing digital/streaming strategies of Latin repertoire.
• identifying, pitching and securing visibility for the label's artists and repertoire across select digital service providers (DSP's)
• Aiding the Digital team with project logistics & follow-up. Including ad assets and other related deliverables for campaigns in support of priority releases/projects.
• Negotiating and overseeing execution of new commercial deals and/or business development opportunities with Latin repertoire.
• Aiding in updating weekly release documents for sales partners and pitches within various digital partner platforms.
• Helping to create & update support recap for priority releases/projects.
• Collaborating to optimize artist channels, content and playlists across digital platforms.
• Providing support on ad-hoc projects & analysis based on business needs.
• Collaborate across departments to develop and execute creative on and off-platform ideas to grow the streams and awareness of artists and releases
• Lead frequent partner calls and business presentations with the accounts
• Establish & maintain relationships with traditional sales partners & brands.
Bring your VIBE:
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related digital or music field is required.
• 5 years' experience in music industry.
• Fluent in (spoken and written) required.
• Strong understanding of DSP trends and emerging streaming business (Spotify, Apple, Amazon Music, Pandora, YouTube)
• Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow up on several tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and ability to organize and analyze data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with multiple departments across the company.
• Attention to detail and the ability to track and follow through on multiple projects to completion.
• Must be tech savvy with understanding of current & forthcoming technologies and general music industry trends.

Salary Range:
$70,200 - $161,645
