Senior Coordinator, Accounts Payable (Vendor Master Data)
We are currently seeking a Sr. AP Coordinator in the Financial Operations group responsible for auditing Vendor Master Data input by offshore team, which includes reviewing required documentation for accuracy and communicating necessary changes to offshore and onshore teams. In addition, this role will assist with data cleansing and ongoing departmental projects. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, ability to assert UMG's Compliance Policy, answer high volume of email and communicate tactfully and assertively.
How you'll CREATE:
• Audit and or Confirms Vendor Master profile creations and modifications
• Serve as liaison between offshore AP and business units
• Provide training to offshore Accounts Payable team
• Advise internal business users across all UMG business units in US
• Train new BUs on processes/procedures for Vendor Master requirements
• Perform special projects tasks when needed

• SAP and Accounts Payable experience (1 – 2 years minimum)
• Some College desired
