Job Description

UMG is looking for SAP Supply chain Architect to join UMG Technology Team.

Skills & Experience

Be Technical
• Design and architect solution and support for the Royalty and supply chain business
• Bring SAP Functional knowledge base with understanding of ABAP and overall SAP Environment
• Work with middleware and other SAP integrated applications
• Provide advice on SAP best practice and support business process change
• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD processes
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements (in functional and technical specifications)
• Design, customize, configure and testing of SD
• Document functional designs, test cases and results

Be Collaborative
• Liaise with global team members, product vendors, consulting partners to resolve any functional / processing issues and work on new dimension projects
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

Be Commercial
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions

Person Specification
Necessary
• Strong experience in a full cycle SAP supply chain implementation as well as in support and projects
• Experience of digital supplychain in SAP
• Experience of Vistex (SAP add-on) Data Model and Agreements or equivalent
• Exposure to Service Now ticketing system and JIRA or equivalent
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
• Understanding of Royalties and Media business processes
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Must be results oriented, demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness

Desirable
• Must have music Industry background with SAP Environment
