Interscope Geffen A&M's Strategic Marketing division is an integral part of the label. The Manager, Graphic Design will be responsible for creating and managing relationships with brands and agencies across the US (with particular emphasis on New York). The goal is to develop strategic partnerships that provide ancillary marketing visibility and/or incremental revenue to our artists and label, while delivering real value to brand partners. The ideal candidate will have experience working with talent and/or brands, a strong grasp of the brand and agency landscape, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
How you will CREATE:
• Develop strategic marketing partnerships that mutually benefit both artist and brand
• Responsible for brand relationship development, strategic pitches, and campaign execution
• Design and build visually compelling pitch decks and other creative materials for internal and external presentations
• Collaborate with agency partners to define opportunities tailored to each artist
• Develop multi-artist partnership platforms that extend across time and multiple campaigns
• Create and manage program P&Ls to maximize profitability and measure ROI
• Coordinate across internal label teams and artist management to ensure successful program execution
• Proactively maintain communication with brand, agency, property, and media partners to surface ongoing opportunities
Bring your VIBE:
• Experience in strategic/partnership marketing in the music, entertainment, media, or brand/agency industries
• Demonstrated ability to bring ideas to life through written and visual presentations
• Firm understanding of how to drive the new business process from concept through execution
• Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Self-starter mentality with initiative to develop new projects and pursue leads (including cold outreach)
• Professional demeanor in interfacing with clients, artists, and colleagues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings
• 4-year college degree

$64,350 - $113,400
