Job Description
The Director, SAP Enterprise Solution Architect is responsible for providing architecture and end-to-end solution guidance for SAP Finance and Supply Chain Modernization within the Finance Technology Organization. This role combines deep industry expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and Data & Analytical Applications with strong knowledge of SAP R2R, P2P, and O2C processes to support digital transformations.

How you'll CREATE:
• Solution Architecture Leadership: Provide direction and definition of solution architecture encompassing Business, Application, Data, and Technical aspects to effectively support the corporate business strategy.
• SAP Strategic Direction: Set and influence SAP's strategic direction, translating business needs into architecture requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop architecture blueprints and roadmaps.
• Technology Strategy: Lead business technology strategy, blueprint, and roadmaps to achieve business and technology objectives and priorities.
• Strategic Roadmaps: Develop 3–5 years strategic roadmaps for evolving enterprise business solution portfolios from current to future states.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on external trends and insights related to SAP Finance and SCM processes and technology, including compliance changes.
• Collaborative Design: Collaborate with information security, application, and infrastructure teams to create optimal, high-level designs.
• Architecture Analysis: Analye the current SAP architecture to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement, document design work, and maintain SAP enterprise architecture based on industry standards.
• Capability Roadmap: Develop a capability roadmap for the enterprise portfolio, aligning it with future objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Business, Technical Product Owners, Functional consultants/Analysts, and other team members to contribute to the product vision and roadmap.
• Hands-On Design: Perform hands-on solution design tasks, including template creation, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as needed to support projects and programs.
• Business Alignment: Analyze business needs to ensure SAP solutions align with objectives, leveraging industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
• Standards and Methods: Develop standards, methods, capabilities, and evaluation criteria for functional and technical expertise in various business and technology solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Foster effective teamwork across different delivery teams, optimizing solution design by leveraging team members' strengths.
• Application Development: Collaborate on planning, designing, developing, and deploying new applications, enhancements, and upgrades to existing applications.
• Optimization: Improve delivery architecture, evaluate new capabilities, and optimize integrations between existing services.
• Research: Conduct research on software products to support recommendations and purchasing efforts, staying current with developments in the FASST organization systems.
• Governance: Direct governance activities related to ensuring enterprise architecture compliance, particularly concerning the SAP environmental infrastructure.

Bring your VIBE:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in implementation and support of SAP applications and data analytics solutions.
• 10+ years People Management experience with demonstrated career development and coaching experience.
• 8+ years Project/Program Management or Application Support leadership experience.
• Experience supporting SAP applications and solutions in Media & Entertainment industry with focus on Finance, Royalty, and Supply chain applications.
• Experience building a production support model from scratch.
• Experience managing Operational Compliance activities for SOX applications and managing corporate and external audits.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
• Experience managing Vendors and contracted resources in both a staff augmentation and outsourcing model.
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills, communicate and liaise broadly across functions and the global organization.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ambition to learn and utilize emerging technologies while working in a stimulating team environment.
• Experienced with managing staff and large numbers of geographically diverse onshore and offshore consultants.
