Job Description
We are in search of a Digital Operations Executive to be based in Manila.

Role Summary

This role is responsible for the content ingestion of UMG Philippines Domestic and Distributed repertoire for delivery to Digital Service Partners (DSPs) such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok and others. Coordinates timely launch of UMG's release calendar by working across Digital, Marketing, A&R and Regional and Global Supply Chain team to ensure digital content are securely uploaded to the required technical spec.

About this role
• Work closely with the Supply Chain for content delivery and format settings
• Support repertoire setup, research, completion, and approval tasks for both frontline and catalogue releases managed within the UMG Philippines repertoire
• Coordinate with A&R team to ensure asset delivery match with platform timeline
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure campaign delivery match with platform timeline
• Work internally with the Global team to rights management of owned/distributed content on YouTube and social media platform
• Provide operational support as needed by the Digital Team

Desirable Traits:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience. Experienced in media, music-related or online industry is preferable
• Capable of working with others at all levels of the organization and across cultures.
• Detail oriented, organized, focused on quality, and able to manage workloads in a timely manner
• Proactive, service-oriented attitude
• Knowledge in the music business, social media and streaming platforms is preferable
