Elias Audio Branding is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator based in New York, NY. Reporting into the Senior Director, Business Development, this coordinator will spearhead digital marketing initiatives and projects across various brand channels in support of Elias Audio Branding's integrated marketing campaigns and business objectives. This coordinator will also support the business development team in populating key information on new business leads.

This individual will be joining the Elias team at a very exciting time as we reevaluate our business strategies and revamp our creative outputs. They will play a key role in maintaining our look and feel across our brand marketing materials from social media to website and help us develop a fresh outlook in promoting the Elias Audio Branding brand.

How you'll CREATE:
• Contribute to the design and creation of Elias' digital assets including photo and video content while upholding brand design standards across all assets and digital platforms.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud apps to create, organize and manage marketing materials including but not limited to:
• Social media-focused creative: statics, carousels, short-form video
• Ad-creative for paid placements including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and third-party websites
• Creative to be featured on the company's website
• Presentation templates
• Minor graphic design for physical items such as swag and signage for in-person events, expos, and conferences as needed
• Work with the business development team to populate information on new business leads using various methods and tools.
• Work with business development, creative and production teams to create custom proposals, presentations, and ancillary pitch content as needed
• With guidance from senior leadership and our global marketing team (based in the UK), plan, develop and execute marketing initiatives that support business goals
• Plan out social media calendar, driving the creative strategy and designs
• Develop new and creative ways for Elias Audio Branding to feature recent work
• Frequently assess top competitor digital organic and paid campaigns and review findings with senior leadership
• Stay on top of digital advertising trends and in the know of the latest media developments
• Quantify the success and efficiency of marketing executions
• Other requests by management as needed

Bring your VIBE:
• Power user of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
• Proficient knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Team player – it is critical for this individual to collaborate with the entire team, and also possess great interdepartmental communication skills
• Must have a portfolio showcasing past design work
• Passionate about music, entertainment and the entertainment industry in general
• Connected to pop culture trends and new viral phenomena
• Great time management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in maintaining websites using content management software and familiarity with web design and publishing (WordPress a plus).
• Proactive attitude, resourcefulness and ability to anticipate needs are a plus
• Strong analytical background and ability to create and update reports.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in design or marketing, or related field preferred but not required
• 1-2+ years of relevant internship or full-time work experience in music and entertainment preferred but not required
