How you'll CREATE:
• Provide general administrative support for the attorneys in the BA department based in Miami and Los Angeles.
• Assist with the preparation of standard form agreements and other legal documents; draft and send letters, documents and other correspondence as requested.
• Assist in legal clearance of audio and video releases on an as needed basis.
• Track department workflow to ensure documents are sent to and received from third parties.
• Liaise with internal departments/personnel and with outside counsel to help handle day-to-day matters.
• Periodically assist with drafting or reviewing reports (compiling lists of collabs for any given artist, reviewing Rights Hub, etc).
• Prepare and review side artist agreements, exclusivity waivers, no objection letters, independent contractor and vendor agreements under the supervision of department attorneys.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date digital filing system for contracts and correspondences; create new electronic files; search and retrieve files on an ongoing basis. Maintain organized digital filing

• Bachelor's degree
• fluency; speak, read, write
• Must be detailed, organized, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast paced environment
