Job Description
The Associate Manager, Global eCommerce will be responsible for coordinating global eCommerce campaigns for the Interscope, Geffen, A&M artist roster, while providing administrative support for the IGA eComm team. This person will work closely with stakeholders across the label and eCommerce teams, both domestically and abroad, to ensure global rollouts deliver amazing experiences to fans on behalf of our artists.

How you'll CREATE:
• Serve as the conduit for critical product and campaign information between domestic and global stakeholders.
• Coordinate with release planning, production, and supply chain to obtain critical setup information and enter metadata into internal financial reporting systems (R2)
• Manage campaign planning and setup tools by aggregating information from various sources to ensure eComm team is always working with most current info.
• Support IGA eComm team in day-to-day activity coordinating campaigns with our global partners.
• Coordinate with international teams to ensure alignment with regard to market participation and support for global campaigns.
• Track and report on global activation of product and marketing campaign launches
• Manage day to day administrative responsibilities for the IGA eComm team (e.g. scheduling, expenses, reporting, etc.)
• Track performance of D2C campaigns with respect to established KPIs (e.g. revenue generated, chart-eligible album sales, etc.) and support D2C Directors in reporting performance to stakeholders

Bring your VIBE:
• 1-2+ years managing international programs or working directly with international markets.
• Solid understanding or strong interest in global eCommerce trends, specifically best practices as they apply to the fan to artist relationship and variances between key markets.
• Deep understanding or passion for music fandom and the fan to artist connection.
• Natural collaborator. Must be willing to set ego aside in order to deliver for our customers (both fans and artists).
• Exceptional verbal and written abilities - communication skills are essential (both internally and externally).
• Availability and willingness to take calls before and after hours to accommodate international teams.
• Extremely organized and comfortable streamlining many moving parts. Comfortable juggling multiple high priority projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail; must be extremely detail-oriented.
• Self-starter attitude capable of owning important responsibilities and seeing them through to completion with little oversight.
• Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure and to be accountable for meeting deadlines.
• Strong critical thinking skills and an ability to make informed decisions based on data.
• Tech Savvy: must be able to show proficiency in project management platforms like Monday.com, Asana, Basecamp, Trello, etc.
• Strong passion for the music industry required. Experience in the music industry, particularly within a label, is a major plus.
• Experience with either music or merchandise production required; merchandise experience a major plus, but not required with sufficient music experience.
