The Job

WarnerMedia seeks a Sr Program Manager for the Enterprise Svcs-Legal Bus Sys department.

This position provides senior-level oversight and management for complex technology programs, initiatives, and projects, as requested, across WarnerMedia, globally. From ideation, through feasibility, estimation, approval, initiation, delivery, and closure, and working closely with senior executives, sponsors, stakeholders, and subject matter experts, this position provides the program/project management disciplines and best practices necessary to vet and deliver the desired objectives.
• Management and delivery of program and project management resources (people, process, & tools) to accomplish large, enterprise initiatives (e.g., cross-organizational access initiatives, solution implementations, technology needs related to business acquisitions, software or functional upgrades/transformations).
• Development and maintenance of relationships with WarnerMedia and AT&T executives & their teams
• Close collaboration with technical partners across the WM and AT&T landscape as well as external vendors.
• Continual improvement / innovation of Program/Project Management methodologies, standards, and tools within WarnerMedia Enterprise Solutions.

The Daily
• Leverage program/project management disciplines and best practices, provide senior-level oversight and management for complex programs, initiatives, and projects, as requested, across WarnerMedia, globally.
• Development and maintenance of relationships with WarnerMedia and AT&T executives & their teams
• Close collaboration with technical partners across the WM and AT&T landscape as well as external vendors.
• Continual improvement / innovation of Program/Project Management methodologies, standards, and tools within WarnerMedia Enterprise Solutions.
• Support of Compliance & Audit initiatives related to applications/services within the Enterprise Solutions portfolio

The Essentials
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in an IT or related technical role with Program Management
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience managing large/complex acquisition, transformation, or enterprise initiatives, including but not limited to: scoping, planning, budgeting, status reporting, issue/risk mgmt, quality mgmt, stakeholder mgmt, communications, and change mgmt
• Previous experience in dealing with complex applications with complex interfacing
• Previous experience in global implementations
• Previous experience with entertainment industry technology/solutions/business

Preferred Skills
• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Advanced degree desired
• Project Management Certification
• Experience with global implementations of Travel & Expense solutions a major plus
• Scope Management
• Deliverable Management
• Portfolio Management (project tracking, metrics, reporting / data visualization)
• Financial Planning and Management (budgets, forecast, variance analysis)
• Knowledge and practical application of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
