Job Description

Turner Sports Account Services is part of the WarnerMedia's Pricing, Planning, & Operations organization. The team consists of Account Coordinators, Account Managers, Managers, and Directors who oversee and optimize Display, Video, Mobile, and Custom campaigns across Turner Sports brands including Bleacher Report, NBA, & NCAA, helping advertisers meet and exceed performance goals.

The Account Coordinator Development Program is an opportunity to receive training on digital advertising systems and processes, performing the duties of WarnerMedia's Account Services Coordinator role. The participants will start with specific tasks while also learning new tasks and serving as pooled resources to help with Sports tent-pole events like March Madness and the NBA's All-Star Weekend. The long-term goal is that for the program's participants will be eligible to compete for full-time Account Coordinator positions if there is both business needs and an incumbent's demonstrated mastery/success in the program against defined performance expectations for the Account Coordinator role.

Job Responsibilities
• Support the Account Services Team in post-sale activities for clients in a designated POD, or book of business, to assist in the end-to-end campaign strategy
• Partner with Account Mangers & Coordinators to align on tasks and deadlines for assigned accounts
• Act as Ad Ops liaison to coordinate asset delivery, testing, and tracking of missing creative
• Monitor the health of your clients' campaigns, and work with your account teams to troubleshoot and improve campaign delivery when necessary
• Capture screenshots and produce mockups
• Support Account Services teammates in day-to-day tasks and special ad hoc projects

Qualifications & Skills
• 0-1 years of experience working in a Sales Planning, Account Services, or Ad Operations role
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize across short-term and long-term goals
• Strong analytical skills & entrepreneurial attitude
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with digital tools and technology platforms including CRM and OMS is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• BA/BS from a 4-year university or equivalent experience
