Manager, Revenue Strategy (Sports)
The Job
The Manager, Revenue Strategy will be responsible for operationalizing and executing B/R's strategic vision through an evolving suite of ad products and revenue streams on its O&O and off-site channels, with a focus on monetization, packaging, and product marketing. Reports to the Director, Revenue Strategy.
The Daily
• Ideate, productize, and operationalize new ad products and packages across O&O, social, and distribution platforms
• Facilitate internal training and rollout of new ad opportunities among relevant B/R and
WarnerMedia teams
• Enforce the pricing strategy alongside VP and Director for all modalities to maximize revenue and margins, in partnership with WM Strategic Planning
• Monitor upfront rate cards to ensure a consistent pricing strategy across the organization
• Optimize existing products and packages based on yield, demand, and ad effectiveness
• Respond to custom ad and/or integration requests from Sales
• Manage ad product marketing, including the development and maintenance of GTM collateral
• Serve as a go-to resource for advanced media solutions, with a focus on social and audience products
• Serve as a revenue POC for 3rd party vendors and social platform partners
The Essentials
• At least 5 years of digital and social media experience (at a publisher, agency, or platform preferred)
• Experienced in marketing and implementing new product rollouts
• Project management experience preferred
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as sales, marketing, product, and operations teams
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills
• Bachelor's degree required
