The Team
The Turner Networks Creative Team creates and manages social content for TBS, TNT, TRUtv and acquired series.

Your New Role
The Freelance Social Designer is an amazing opportunity for a creative, competent, and confident rising star to work on social content for TBS, TNT, TRUtv and acquired series.
Our content lives on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Twitch, and Reddit.

This role designs and executes projects under the direction of the Art Director Social Media, according to the social media strategy.

Role Accountabilities
• Create graphics, logos, images, animations, illustrations, and other visuals for social/marketing needs
• Responsible for production of projects to adhere to deadlines/quick turnarounds
• Lead and assist with briefings and other meetings to receive and interpret creative briefs and provide overview of projects
• Work across departments to gather assets and collaborate on projects
• Pull insights from analytics for creating assets
• Contribute to brainstorm meetings to aid both marketing and creative strategies and ideation
• Create guides for creative processes. Aggregate/develop ways to store brand guides and info.
• Troubleshooting creative problems and other issues in the production pipeline
• Assist on projects for the rest of the social media creative team

Qualifications & Experience
• 3-5 Years of Motion Graphics/Animation, Graphic Design and/or Art Direction experience
• Proficient skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
• Experience in multiple areas of content preferred: Illustration, Videos, Graphic Design, Livestreams, events, photography etc
• Ability to create art in different styles
• Ability to clearly present concepts, and execute projects from start to finish
• Ability to take direction, follow up, and follow through with projects
• Ability to take the lead on given projects and own the creative conception and execution from start to finish
• Can handle a very fast paced environment with last minute changes
• Technical knowledge of social media platforms and specs needed for all deliveries
• Extremely Organized & Excellent Attention to Detail
• Excellent time management skills to keep yourself on schedule
• Great communication skills
• Experience working as a team and ability to contribute and fulfill collaborative projects
• Fluency and passion for social media platforms preferred
• Flexibility to work on some weekends
• Knowledge of emerging social/sharable trends
• Social Media marketing experience
