The Job

The Technology Analyst role is founded in systems administration and application engineering, and is responsible for software development, plus thought leadership and participation in large-scale application and/or infrastructure projects and initiatives.

The Daily
• This position supports system critical applications that comprise a platform which delivers managed Identity and Access management services to clients.
• The Technology Analyst also serves as an escalation point of contact for advanced application support issues and is required to be able to handle issues related to supporting infrastructures as well as Software Application systems.
• Participation in an active on-call troubleshooting is vital to maintaining acceptable levels of service delivery for clients.

The Essentials
• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar
• Strong experience providing operational application support for Microsoft .Net applications both on-prem and cloud hosted.
• Experience using and/or supporting one or more of the following technologies:
• .NET technologies like ASP.net, C#, MVC, Client-side scripting like Angular/REACT and Jquery and MS Sql Server.
• OAuth/OIDC/SAML
• REST-based applications
• Cloud Application Development
• nUnit or any Unit testing tool
• Understanding of IIS.
• Relational & Non-Relational Databases
• Agile Development
• TFS/VSTS - Knowledge of Identity and Access Management Platform is a plus
• Create and support DevOps pipeline for seamless deployment
