GENERAL SUMMARY

Trailer Park is seeking an experienced Senior Strategist to join our Strategy, Insights & Innovation team. This individual will report to the SVP and partner with the strategy team to produce insights, positioning and target audience profiles.

Responsibilities:
• Develop Creative Briefs for clients
• Support adhoc requests across Trailer Park's Experiential, Social, Design, AV, and London office
• Partner with Strategy team to produce Insights, Positioning, Target Audience Profiles
• Familiar with 3rd party tools: YouGov, Meltwater
• Conduct Social Listening audits
• Produce and build Strategy decks with a clear, actionable, story from start to finish
• Serve as Strategy POC for integrated projects at Trailer Park Group
• Support Social pitches with Social strategy, platform and content strategy
• Present Strategy to internal and external clients

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• 3-5+ years agency experience, Entertainment experience preferred
• Experienced and confident in presenting Strategy to clients
• Ability to read between the lines of an external or internal ''ask'' and recommend how Strategy can support
• A bachelor's degree in Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or similar
• A client facing senior voice and leader qualities
• Naturally curious and full of questions. Passionate about holding marketing conversations with clients
• Sensitized to when to push and when to pull back in client facing communication
• Experience leading Strategy projects start to finish
• Management experience a plus
• Ability to field and execute requests big and small, with varying timelines
• Comfortable working at the pace of entertainment marketing
• Comfortable tackling various projects at once and reprioritizing as needed day to day
• Excellent time management skills
