GENERAL SUMMARY

Trailer Park Group APAC is looking out for young high potential Chartered Accountant with 5- 7 Years of Experience. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the preparation of Books of Account (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement along with all Schedules,) finalization of accounts, all statutory and legal compliances. You will also be responsible for all the Financial Planning, Analysis and MIS. The responsibilities will include accounting and controlling, invoicing, collections, banking operations, preparation & review of monthly MIS, variance analysis etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take overall ownership for Accounts & Finance function.
• Lead a team of accounting/ finance professionals.
• Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy and completeness. Periodically develop and present root cause analysis for performance variances.
• Review tax returns (direct and indirect), ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
• Work towards automation and digitization of accounting processes
• Ensure adherence to MIS and statutory reporting timeliness and flagging errors in reporting as per defined standard
• Liaising with Auditors for various audits.
• Carry out period end accounting activities and ensure smooth & timely closure of accounts on Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly basis.
• Liaising with customers for sending Estimates, commercials and invoicing.
• Co- ordination with other internal departments for smooth functioning of daily operations
• Reviewing day to day banking transactions.
• Overall review of AR and AP functions.
• Hands on experience in Tally ERP, E-invoicing.
• Relevant experience of Media Entertainment business is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• CA
• Advertising and/or Entertainment agency experience required
• 5 or more years finance experience require
• Strong financial analysis skills; ability to evaluate business implications.
• Ability and expertise in manipulating high volume, complex data is essential
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
• Proven change agent
• Creative problem solver, autonomous thinker and self-motivated
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
