Integrated Account Coordinator

Job Description

Mutiny is Trailer Park Group's integrated creative agency focused solely on the video gaming space, anchored by deep audience insights, integrated creative thinking, proprietary data, and strategy-all backed by Trailer Park Group's premium content production resources on a global scale.

We seek an Account Coordinator with integrated and/or social marketing experience for our growing team. Please note that we will prioritize candidates based in commutable distance to Hollywood, California.

This role includes assisting our team on large, complex projects and providing administrative, organizational, and project management support across workstreams. You will oversee notetaking and distribution of important information on projects, track project progress for real-time updates, and help drive creative deliverables for the team.

NOTE - prior marketing agency experience is important in this role. A love for all things video games is super helpful.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Client Management
• Engage with clients daily to facilitate the successful delivery of agency work. Develop a strong relationship with clients based on trust, organization, and clear communication.
• Account Support
• Provide support to the Accounts team across multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Act as a critical thinker in helping the Accounts team ensure client requests are addressed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Support communications between Accounts and cross-functional team(s), fostering positive internal relationships and ensuring everyone understands deliverables and clients' needs.
• Agency Deliveries and Publishing Support
• Oversee the overall publishing calendar alongside your Accounts team and client
• Execute asset uploads to Opal
• Lead final asset deliveries to client

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• +2 years of experience at an integrated marketing agency or related organization - internships count!
• Demonstrated track record of positive client and team relationships.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Skilled in quickly responding to changes and emerging needs and driving action.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Please note that a potential offer for employment will be determined based on a number of factors, that may include experience, unique skills and/or other qualifications, location, performance factors (current employees), and a variety of business and budgetary considerations.
