White Turtle Studios, a trailer park group company, is looking for an experienced and highly passionate AV Editor with Motion Graphics skills who is ready to take on diverse scaled video projects for our global clients. In this role you will collaborate, learn, and get to work on the creative campaigns of some of the biggest brands like Netflix, Prime Video, HBO, Disney etc.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Role:
Reporting to The Managing Director of Trailer Park APAC but working closely with the video and static post-production teams, you will join a growing team that manages Trailer Park clients' campaigns.
The Airtable Specialist will handle developing, managing, and optimizing our Airtable databases to support the production of marketing assets. You will work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project management, asset tracking, and data integration. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our operational efficiency and enabling us to deliver top-tier marketing campaigns for our entertainment clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Airtable Database Management:
• Design, build, and maintain Airtable bases to manage project workflows, asset libraries, and client information.
• Create and refine custom views, fields, forms, and filters to meet specific project needs.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all Airtable bases.
• Workflow Automation:
• Develop and implement Airtable automations and integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Slack, Google Workspace) to streamline processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Airtable automations and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to find opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Create and manage reporting dashboards within Airtable to track project progress, resource allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Generate custom reports and insights to support decision-making and improve project delivery.
• User Training & Support:
• Provide training and support to team members on Airtable usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and support documentation for Airtable processes, workflows, and guidelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Airtable-related inquiries and issues.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with project managers, editors, designers, and other team members to ensure Airtable meets project requirements and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on Airtable-related tasks.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Airtable Specialist, Database Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong ability in Airtable, including base design, automation, and integration with third-party tools.
• Experience working in a marketing or creative environment, preferably within the entertainment industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven client presentation skills needed.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of other tools like Zapier, Google Workspace, and Slack is needed.
• High attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
• Self-starter with an ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent organization and time management; able to prioritize large volume of work effectively and efficiently with tight deadlines.
• Language fluency in English and Hindi needed, other Indian/APAC languages a plus.
