THE JOB

The Vice President of Product: Revenue & Demand will build the long-term vision and strategy for a revenue & demand platform focused on product unification, client empowerment and global expansion.

This leader will be responsible for product development, rollout, adoption, and unification of a suite of Marketing, Pricing, Distribution, & Analytics tools focused on capturing demand to increase revenue for our clients globally.

In addition, the Vice President of Product will partner across the company to identify intersections, dependencies, and opportunities to drive both client and internal company value through self-service tooling.

The VP, Product Management will mentor a strong team of product leaders who build products with empathy for our clients and are obsessed with adding value.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• As a VP of Product, you'll be leading multiple Enterprise product teams, and high value strategic company programs.
• Develop a vision and strategy for your products and ensure your teams deliver a product roadmap that aligns with it.
• Drive client adoption, engagement, and usage of the Revenue & Demand product suite
• Evangelize the Revenue & Demand suite of products with internal stakeholders, market & business leaders across the company and external clients
• Collaborate across Product and Engineering leadership to tie new feature development back to strategic product roadmaps.
• In collaboration with senior leadership, build a strategic product roadmap addressing near term needs and building for long term vision
• Actively participate in building company strategy
• Align product decisions with business OKR's
• Develop and motivate a strong team of product managers and designers
• Foster a culture of innovation and creativity backed in data driven analyses
• Develop and track metrics for success, ensuring the team is clear on their objectives every step of the way.
• Ship stable & scalable products with a focus on quality.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• 10+ years' experience directly in product management in an agile environment.
• Strong technical sensibilities with ability to understand business objectives.
• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills, an ability to clearly articulate a vision and to influence others.
• Exceptional quantitative data analysis, critical thinking skills, and an ability to spot trends and derive a strategy from raw data.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly empathetic with ability to collaborate across a diverse group of technical and non-technical stakeholders to simplify concepts and identify highest value targets.
• Self-driven, proactive and dedicated; able to operate autonomously and efficiently in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Strong strategic thinker and visionary; able to rally people around your ideas and initiatives
• Get it done attitude – must be able to solve problems with minimal guidance or unclear requirements. A mindset of being flexible and a desire to win as a team.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
