The Role:

The Technical Administrator will be responsible for all activities related to the administration of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team's SaaS and database applications, backend administration and system maintenance, as well as user access management. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support and troubleshooting technical problems for stakeholders within the business, as well as the TPRM team members.

The Technical Administrator will ensure that all database and process changes are appropriately tested and implemented in such a manner that there is no negative impact to TPRM operations and stakeholders. A successful Technical Administrator candidate will need to be detail-oriented and confident in their ability to implement functional changes into live environments. This role will be responsible for the technical backend and daily administration of the team's technology portfolio.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Ensure the TPRM team's internal tools and applications, including the procedures on how to utilize the tools, are optimally designed so that the TPRM team meets their defined SLAs
• Create knowledge base articles to allow for successful support and troubleshooting of team's infrastructure
• Create and maintain guidelines and documentation pertaining to backup environment setup and configurations of software, hardware and/or in-house applications
• Maintain user access to multiple systems; responsible for creating new accounts for stakeholders as requested, handling regular user access reviews of the roles/permissions, and troubleshooting access issues
• Provide technical support for development (sandbox) and production environments
• Develop metrics and change control logs for the team's applications
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned including assisting team with third party risk assessments to maintain SLAs

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4+ years of study/experience in Information Security or Information Technology is required
• Demonstrated technical service experience (administrating or directly managing external applications, troubleshooting software, hardware, or environmental issues on PC, Mac and/or mobile devices)
• Multiplatform experience with products and integrations to external applications or systems is preferred
• Technical knowledge of secure data transfer, API development and web service functions is preferred
• Information Architecture experience or project work is preferred
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, in person and on the telephone/teleconference
• Must be detail-oriented and possess analytical skills
• Must have the ability to work well under time constraints in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to meet organizational goals within deadline
• Ability to work in large global environments spanning across multiple time-zones
• Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive and confidential information
• Passionate and willing to learn, with excellent soft skills
