THE JOB

The Technical Account Manager will play a critical role in the success of the Ticket Ad Network. This person will be the technical expert and trusted advisor to clients of the Ticket Ad Network, including working with sales, account management, and product teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of custom implementation and operational needs, as well as campaign oversight & troubleshooting.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Be the trusted technical partner and solutions consultant for Ticket Ad Network clients
• Respond to and troubleshoot any issue with strong internal and external communications
• Support technical developments, upgrades, and migrations in line with both internal and external business and technical roadmaps in partnership with Product Management
• Partner with Ticketmaster Marketing Services to integrate service of Ticket Ad Network campaigns with larger Ticketmaster Marketing Service programs and standards
• Monitor integration quality and performance, and proactively identify issues or defects in implementation for Ticket Ad Network products and capabilities
• Understand in-depth how Ticket Ad Network clients are technically implemented and configured to advise how they can improve their implementation to drive additional business value
• Relay the impact of system issues or outages to clients and address follow-up communications and project managing technical needs associated
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to create customer-specific rollout plans for product updates and new product releases

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 5+ years of enterprise-level client-facing account management experience
• 3+ years of experience working in the programmatic advertising industry (DSP, Exchange, SSP, Publisher/Network, Ad Server) and/or in ad operations
• 2+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting including intake, issue tracking, and response
• Degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics or other related discipline
• Have expert knowledge of digital advertising, programmatic ad technology, and ad serving
• Demonstrated success in working with a cross-functional team including engineers, other product management teams, and sales/client service
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions
