Ticketmaster's Client Marketing team leverages proprietary marketing solutions and services powered by the largest database of live event fans in the world to deliver outstanding performance and return for our clients and empower their marketing teams.


The Sr. Manager, Segment Marketing, is responsible for driving specific outcomes across segments and sub-segments of Ticketmaster clients. Outcomes focused on Marketing Product and Service adoption, streamlined communication, client retention and more. You'll act as a guide and spokesperson for Ticketmaster Marketing Solutions, tailoring a content strategy and narrative to each unique client group based on business needs and cycles. You will build a plan to support the desired outcome, create content such as case studies, marketing/media plans and product best practices, and deliver the content at scale to clients.


A proactive and strategic B2B marketer with the ability and willingness to lead both planning and execution. You're an excellent oral and written communicator who can excel in a matrix organization. Translating a large set of inputs into a simple and compelling narrative comes naturally to you. You think
outside the box and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo. You can work independently with minimal direction and take it upon yourself to find solutions for problems. You're passionate about live events, intrinsically motivated, and excited to help shape this new role.

• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives; from concept to plan to implementation
• A deep understanding of the live event business as well as digital marketing channels and strategies
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven success working directly with clients to drive business outcomes

• Work closely with key stakeholders to outline plans that drive adoption of Ticketmaster's marketing products and services across client segments
• Manage a calendar of business cycle milestones (league onsales, summer concert planning, holiday trends) and industry topics, to build workback plans for deliverables against each notable item
• Build content calendars and streamline the delivery of content to groups of like clients at relevant points in their business cycle
• Partner with B2B Marketing/Sales Enablement to shape a narrative and supporting content around marketing
• Ensure up-to-date content is being pushed to clients consistently via various channels including web, email

and live webinar
• Maintain alignment with the marketing account management team to keep a pulse on common client asks

and emerging themes to incorporate into your strategic plan
• Generate leads for performance media services
• Provide clients with recommendations and guidance in both group and individual settings
• Collaborate with key stakeholders representing each client segment to ensure your strategy and approach is

aligned with broader initiatives and goals
• Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure messaging related to marketing solutions is comprehensive

and consistent
• Implement and streamline processes/procedures to drive maximum efficiency
• Stay current on live entertainment, marketing, and digital media industry knowledge ''
• Monitor product reporting and projections. Understand metrics and reporting in a way that easily spots changes in trends, abnormalities and new business opportunities
• Analyze key product performance metrics to develop actionable plans to help drive Ticketmaster and our Client 's business goals

• BA/BS in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in similar role within the digital marketing and live events industry
• Ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues across the executive, mid-manager and day-to-day
operations levels in a professional, service-oriented manner
• Strong quantitative skills including analytical abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Outstanding presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, and the ability to adjust style to different

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
• Understanding and interest in the business side of live events. Venue/team or promoter marketing experience

• Very strong competence in Microsoft Office products- particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience using Asana and Salesforce strongly preferred
