JOB DESCRIPTION – Project Manager | North American Operations
Location: Remote
Division: Ticketmaster NA
Line Manager: Director | Director Global Maps Technology and Process
Contract Terms: Permanent 40 hours per week
THE TEAM
The Maps Technology team is responsible for providing innovative products and technology to support ticket sales via mobile/web-based venue maps.
THE JOB
The Project Manager | North American Operations is a producer of Ticketmaster's Interactive Seat Maps (ISMs) and is in charge of North American Onsale Readiness. The Project Manager is a member of the Maps Technology Organization and will work with North American Business Operations and external clients to meet deadlines and ensure maps are produced and available prior to onsale.
To prepare for onsales, the Project Manager will coordinate with New Delhi Maps Production Leads and will use Ticketmaster's proprietary Maps Provisioning Portal.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Team Management
• Oversees New Delhi ISM production handoff
• Coordinates onsale readiness
• Mentors specific pods in New Delhi
Work Management
• Works with Team Leads in New Delhi to ensure production priorities are being met
• Works with New Delhi Project Managers to track on-sale priorities and NA business escalations
• Coordinates with North American Field Managers to ensure business prioritizations are set correctly, and expectations are managed
• Enforces submission quality guidelines
• Works with New Delhi QA team to ensure vetting and PR quality
• With Director and Product Manager, collates Client Support team feature requests and bugs for Dev team
• Coordinates the daily Handoff process
• Sets and enforces consistent design best practices in North America
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Three years of experience on the TM Maps team or comparable experience in an outside role
• Fundamental knowledge of Ticketmaster host seating chart structure
• Strong design skills
• Strong communication skills, oral and written
