The Role:

​Responsible for general landscape maintenance of all Blossom grounds throughout the 2022 season. Able to assist in other aspects of the maintenance department where necessary, but main focus is upkeep of grass.

Job Functions:
• Cutting Grass.
• Upkeep of mowers and machinery.
• Clearing leaves
• Ensuring equipment is fueled daily
• Complying with set schedule given to team members to ensure everything is being completed.
• Spreading grass seed where necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
• Must have previous experience with mowing.
• Valid Ohio Drivers License.
• Reliable Transportation
• Must abide by company handbook, work well with others, take direction well, adapt to all weather conditions, and ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Previous experience with zero turn mower preferred.

Hours will be regular 8 hour shifts daily (weather permitting) with the possibility of weekend hours if necessary. Flexible hours dependent on weather.
