The IT Operations Administrator will assist the IT Operations group manage Live Nation's IT Operations tools and corporate email system. The role involves managing the North American computer fleet with tools such as Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD, PowerShell and Tanium. The role will also assist with management and support of Exchange Online. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the 3rd tier support queue and assist with projects.

• Manage a tier 3 email support queue for employees in North America
• Deploy and troubleshoot security updates for the computer fleet in North America
• Assist with software deployments and upgrades for computers in North America
• Troubleshoot Autopilot provisioning errors
• Manage computer fleet using Intune, Azure AD and Tanium
• Assist with security operations; actioning email and computer threats.
• Assist with project deliverables
• Provide reporting metrics for management
• Assist with legal eDiscovery requests
• Maintain and create KB articles and ''how-to'' documentation for Tier 1 and 2 support admins

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or similar discipline preferred
• 3+ years administration of Exchange Online in a large, globally distributed organization
• Experience managing computer endpoints in a large globally distributed organization using Intune SCCM or similar management tools
• Experience managing computer endpoints using Intune SCCM or similar management tools
• Experience administering Exchange Online in a globally distributed environment supporting 1000+ employees
• Experience managing a senior level support queue
• Experienced managing Office 365 Users, Groups, and Shared Mailboxes via shell and GUI
• Strong understanding of email routing and relays
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities using PowerShell
• Experience managing enterprise endpoint security platforms such as Trend APEX One
• Clear communicator
• Well organized
• Able to adapt to constantly changing challenges

• Driven to stay current with latest technology
• Experienced with email threat defense
• Experienced with email gateway administration
• Experienced with email header analysis
• Experience with Autopilot a plus

• Experience supporting email integrations and migrations a plus
