Ticketmaster Sport, part of Live Nation Entertainment is the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, ecommerce and artist management. The Ticketmaster Marketing team drives customer engagement via our Content, CRM and Performance Marketing channels, creating campaigns to retain existing fans, acquire new fans and ultimately drive sales.


We're looking for a Graphic Designer who is passionate about live entertainment to design artwork, edit videos and write content to promote our sports clients which are among the most famous names in sport. Working with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager of Marketing & Communications for Ticketmaster Sport, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing the artwork and video requirements for B2C and B2B purposes.

The successful candidate will work on our B2C and B2B marketing campaigns, client pitches and internal requirements.

You'll be creative and proactive in learning new skills, and given free rein to try new concepts.

• Design Creation: Assist in the creation of a wide range of design materials in both B2B & B2C design, including but not limited to marketing collateral, print design, branding assets, LEDs, Email banners, website graphics, social media content, infographics, presentations templates and others as required.
• Art Direction: Provide guidance on design best practices to teams across TMS, ensuring the quality and consistency of design deliverables (Owning & Developing confluence library for design). This also includes leading Media team with briefs, Story-boarding, concepts and art direction on shoot days.
• Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for design concepts, leveraging your experience and understanding of design principles to create impactful and effective visual solutions. (Creating & enhancing briefs for both media & editor)
• Brand Consistency & Development: Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects, acting as a brand guardian within Sports, ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines and standards, while championing consistency and improving understanding of the Ticketmaster Sport brand .
• Design Team Management: (Managing External relationships) Sourcing & Managing external teams with co-ordination & organisation on both game days and site visits for Media teams.
• Design Collaboration: Ensure the creation of template pieces that are user friendly and easily accessible for various team leads & employees. Working alongside the teams, to tailor to their specific needs & provide design enhancements where need be.
• Design Innovation: Generate innovative design concepts , ideas and supporting mock-ups that align with project objectives and effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience (Figma).
• Marketing Assistance: Provide marketing assistance in general marketing activities like email template designs and sends, clients communications, as article drafting and postings on and shell event uploads for client account managers.
• Design Development: Ensure EADP creation & development for clients by communicating with clients, uploading and ensuring correct artwork is obtained. Possible assistance in owned TM Media with guidance for clients to utilise.
• Design Leadership: Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
• Design Organisation: Ensure the collection and central organisation of Design files and media to be easily accessible for staff in the company.
• Undertake any other relevant duties which fall under the general scope of this role as directed by the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a Graphic Design role
• Knowledge of print production
• Great at establishing good relationships and confident liaising with other departments and third parties
• Be able to collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Expertise in using industry-standard design software, such as Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and basic After Effects). Design knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Slides is a must.
• Knowledge of Wordpress back-end
• Some knowledge of HTML and CSS
• User Interface design experience
• Exceptional typography and graphic design skills
• Ability to produce short videos (using Adobe Premiere Pro or FinalCut)
• Fluent English, excellent written and oral, and the ability to produce clear and concise emails

• Autonomous and entrepreneurial in creating your own work.
• Team player is a must.
• Willingness to learn new skills and tools as required for the role.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and highly organised, with the ability to project manage various tasks to tight deadlines.
