JOB DESCRIPTION – Finance Administrator I

Location: Hollywood

Division: Ticketmaster US

Line Manager: Sr Manager

Contract Terms: 40 hours per week (full time)

THE TEAM

The contract management functions of our team are to effectively capture contractual terms, validate event creation, service charges revenue and expense to remit settlement payments to our clients timely and accurate

THE JOB

In this role, you will be responsible for the weekly payment processing of Ticketmaster North America clients (US & CA) and for the timely posting of all client settlement reports. This individual will be responsible for ensuring client settlements are prepared timely and accurately. You must ensure that client accounts are balanced prior to payment and that all manual payment entries have the appropriate approvals. In addition, this position will be responsible for the daily operating cash transfers and for reporting cash outflow projections to treasury.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Running and processing Weekly Trigger payments
• Timely posting of all client settlement reports
• Monitor the negative TM Aging reports.
• Responsible for Publishing weekly settlement reports
• Responsible for providing net zero amounts per client prior to weekly settlement payment
• Processing special payments for advertising allowances, volume incentive, rebate advances, etc
• Current knowledge or the ability to learn SAP ICM.
• Prepare payment packages and send out to clients

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related
• Knowledge of Excel
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Current knowledge or the ability to learn SAP ICM
• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Detail oriented
