JOB DESCRIPTION – Finance Administrator I

Location: Hollywood

Division: Ticketmaster US

Line Manager: Manager

Contract Terms: 40 hours per week (full time)

THE TEAM

The contract management function of our team is to effectively capture contractual terms with our clients, validate event creation/build, verify service charge revenues, calculate and remit settlement payments to our clients in a timely and accurate manner.

THE JOB

We are seeking a finance administrator, who in the role will work closely with financial contract user agreements and interpret how terms are programmed in SAP and CAS systems. You will also work with the local market to timely and accurately reconcile programmed events in SAP. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate well across departments

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Read and enter the contractual client user agreement terms in SAP/ICM/CAS
• Coordinate with CDD's and RFD's to clarify contract language royalty interpretation
• Build/Create contract shell for vendor fixed and settlement payments
• Running a monthly report to notify RFD's of clients with deals that are expiring
• Maintain vendor master information and make changes as requested
• Provide contract service charges and terms to other internal departments/field
• Monitor contract expiration report and communicate to appropriate internal contact

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• SAP knowledge a plus
• Experience with financial contracts, revenue share calculations, and reconciliation
• College Degree Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting or Ticketmaster
• Knowledge of basic Excel skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Preference for prior experience within the entertainment industry
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
