Job Summary
To perform the duties of Facilities Supervisor – maintaining a clean, safe environment for our guests & employees, with an eye for detail, a positive attitude, and a great work ethic.

Essential Functions
• Supervising a staff of three to six for after show cleaning
• Assist in small maintenance projects
• Overseeing the set up and tear down of special events (tables, chairs, linens etc.)
• Cleaning (floors, walls, windows, bathrooms) of offices, lobbies, stairs, and event spaces
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Buffing and shampooing floors
• Trash collection and removal
• Operation of light and heavy-duty cleaning equipment
• Cleaning outside building including sidewalk, parking lot, and yard
• Stocking paper and soap products throughout the building
• Keep floors neat, clean and free of food, trash and other obstacles throughout the shift
• Clean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff
• Laundering staff uniforms, towels, and linens
• Assist other employees as needed
• Additional general cleaning of venue
• Attend pre-shift meeting conducted by MOD prior to start of each shift
• Position is events/show-based. Must be able to work part-time, flexible**
• Job Requirements:
• Must be available for evening and/or overnight shifts, including weekends. daytime shift also available

• • Able to work independently

Preferred:
• • Prior cleaning experience
• • Prior supervisory experience
• • Cleaning equipment experience
• • Basic knowledge of commercial mechanical systems
• Physical Demands/ Working Environment:
• • Work environment is fast-paced
• • Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet
• • Must be able to lift or move up to 50lbs using proper lifting techniques
