• Develop and lead a team of EMEA Artist & Promoter Relations professionals to serve as strategic account managers for touring artists within your region. This team, among other responsibilities, will be tasked with overseeing the strategy and execution of hundreds of onsales per year – educating clients on Ticketmaster products that allow them to capture data and demand, sell more tickets, connect with more fans, maximize revenue, transform data to insights, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Define the KPIs for your key accounts, with an emphasis on client adoption and configuration of our Ticketmaster Music product suite. Monitor, assess, and report on progress to both internal and external leadership on an ongoing basis, identifying potential friction points or opportunities for development.
• Partner with Artist & Promoter Relations delegates based in markets within your region to drive further consistency for desired onsale/touring outcomes for your clients. Solicit local perspective on deliverability of requirements and adapt for or resolve any inconsistencies at the local level versus the tour level.
• First line of support for day-to-day client needs; taking the lead in managing and motivating various cross-collaborative team members toward meeting client expectations regarding established tour objectives and desired outcomes.
• Support the VP, Artist & Promoter Relations EMEA in partnering with local market leadership across your region to forge and deliver on their respective Music strategies, defining and developing KPIs that you will report on to both internal leadership and external client partners as appropriate.
