Contract Terms: Permanent, 40 hours per week

THE TEAM

Ticketmaster UK, part of Live Nation Entertainment is the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, ecommerce and artist management. The Ticketmaster Marketing team drives customer engagement via our Content, CRM and Performance Marketing channels, creating campaigns to retain existing fans, acquire new fans and ultimately drive sales.

THE JOB

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to join the Performance Marketing team, at Ticketmaster UK. The Digital Marketing Manager will take ownership of Paid Social and Display Channels with opportunities to expand skillsets on other channels.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Manage planning, implementing and optimisation of campaigns across multiple biddable media channels with a focus on paid social/display for both internal and client activity.
• Drive traffic and ensure wider business and client's goals are met.
• Monitor efficiency and report on campaign performance by analysing and interpreting data whilst giving valuable insights to key stakeholders.
• Champion best practices and ensure highest standard and met.
• Proactively elaborate testing plan and channels roadmap and regularly communicate case studies.
• Keep abreast of industry news for innovation, new opportunities, and key platforms updates to develop the channel.
• Continuously recommend ideas/strategies/tactics and formulate campaign optimisation plans with the team.
• Ensure accurate tracking of client budget and invoice recording.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
• Strong background managing large-scale accounts with both brand and direct response campaigns.
• Experience in technical implementation using product inventory feeds.
• Good understanding of Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Paid Search channels and how it fits into the wider digital marketing mix.
• Experience in planning campaigns both directly (through Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Display Network); and through third-party tools (eg. 4C Insights, Smartly, SA360, DV360).
• Proficient knowledge on metrics measurement, attribution and analytics (eg. Google Analytics)
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities. Advanced level in excel and experience in using data visualisation tool is preferable (eg. DataStudio, DOMO, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills to liaise closely with wider team and stakeholders.
• Outstanding ability to think creatively and troubleshoot problems.
• Excellent organisational skills - including time management (e.g. working towards tight deadlines)
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Google Skillshop Certification and Facebook Blueprint Certification would be a bonus
• Good copywriting skills would be a bonus
