THE ROLE
As the Corp IT Security and Compliance Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of IT Sarbanes-Oxley compliance within the Live Nation Corp IT department. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining effective IT controls and processes to ensure compliance with SOX requirements. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving a culture of compliance and risk management across the organization.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT SOX compliance strategy in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of IT SOX audits, including risk assessment, control testing, and documentation review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, legal, and internal audit, to identify control gaps, remediate deficiencies, and strengthen overall control environment.
• Provide guidance and expertise on IT control frameworks, including COSO and COBIT, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and technologies in IT governance and control frameworks and incorporate them into the compliance program as necessary.
• Manage relationships with external and internal auditors, serving as the primary point of contact for Live Nation Corp IT SOX compliance matters.
• Conduct periodic training and awareness sessions to educate stakeholders on IT control requirements and promote a culture of compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT SOX compliance processes and methodologies.
• Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management and the board of Managers on the status of IT SOX compliance activities, findings, and remediation efforts.
• Provide compliance and security related guidance to application owners, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the growth and development of talent within the IT SOX audit function.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CPA) preferred.
• 8 - 15+ yrs IT experience required
• Proven experience (5 – 7 yrs) in IT audit, risk management, or compliance, with a focus on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in a publicly traded company or consulting firm.
• Deep understanding of IT control frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, including COSO, COBIT, and SOX Section 404.
• Desired tech stack experience: Oracle Cloud, OneStream, Databricks, SAP B1, SalesForce, Linux, Oracle DB.
• Strong technical expertise in IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and security controls, with the ability to assess and evaluate control design and effectiveness.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of leading teams, driving change, and achieving results in a collaborative and inclusive manner.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools

The expected compensation for this position is:
$140,000.00 USD - $175,000.00 USD
