Primary Responsibilities
• Business Partnership
• Financial Business Partner to Executive Producers, Producers, and other members of the Production & Operations teams Financial Control and Analysis
• Client set up Document management for both client and project
• Daily costing and project cost management
• Project reconciliation within CETA including project closing
• Billing – Interim, Final and Intra Group
• AR Co-ordination – Billings and Collections surgeries weekly ensuring all on track and producing required reporting.
• Working for the Production Accounting Manager on the end-to-end project life cycle
• Support the compliance of all project paperwork including quote acceptance & client purchase orders
• Research & resolve billing issues/inquiries
• Maintain housekeeping of all costing, actualized time from replicon on a timely basis.
• Monthly reconciliation of CETA to SAP billings
• Work with global CETA team to address, solve, and improve any system-related issues.
• Bi-annual and ad-hoc audit deliverables preparation and audit assistance Finance accounting and Control.
• Petty Cash and Runner Account Management
• Liaise with GBS on Concur Expense Management
• Support Studio with Employee and Travel Expenses
• Client and Vendor Creation Support
Business Transformation
• Partner with Finance teams to modernize processes through digital finance transformation
Qualifications
• 1-3 years' experience in relevant finance
• Knowledge of CETA desired, knowledge of Replicon desired
• Good Excel knowledge required
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in an entrepreneurial work environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, and adapt at prioritization and time management
• Strong written and oral communication skills, ensuring clarity of messages, ideas and facts.
