JOB SUMMARY: The CRM & Analytics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the CRM & Analytics Manager with overseeing all activity in Salesforce for the Texas Rangers. Responsibilities will vary but will focus on supporting the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform across six departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Assist with the administration of the Texas Rangers Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ
• Assist with projects as directed by the CRM & Analytics Manager
• Perform data hygiene tasks in Salesforce
• Support end users of Salesforce across multiple departments
• Assist with Lead generation, assignment, and management through Salesforce
• Assist with training for all Salesforce end users across multiple departments
• Maintain and generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce
• Assist with maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other platforms such as Tableau, ProVenue, Alteryx, Zoominfo
• Assist with designing, developing, and implementing enhancements to Salesforce as needed
• All other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, direct experience with Salesforce administration preferred
• Experience with large data sets of sensitive information is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks independently with minimal direction or instruction
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
