Producer - Content

Job Description

Pickleball TV's Content Team is looking for a Producer who is experienced in both linear and non-linear production and can create compelling content for multiple platforms.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Work alongside producers, editors, and content creators covering linear TV, streaming websites, OTT, news editorial, and social media.
• Oversee various projects from ideation, development, to production in the field, post-production and distribution.
• Produce series, short form, digital original, sizzles, social content, highlights and promotional video.
• Ideate and create content that will resonate with digital & social audiences around what's trending.
• Experience working with talent and online influencers to deliver non-linear content for all platforms that will generate views and increased impressions.
• Track all video in development and ensure each platform has been delivered correct versions.
• Work with producers, editorial staff & newsroom to generate daily video content around breaking news.
• Manage editors and their schedule.
• Review clearances to price out and clear all footage.
• Help improve processes to build out our omnichannel content team.

Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 6 years work experience
• A passion for trending content, news, Internet culture, video streaming and social media
• Tech savvy - knowledge of Avid, Premiere, Adobe Suite, website/app CMS, social analytics, mobile
• Strong content and editorial judgement
• Self-starter who can work in a team environment
• Clear and concise, articulate with notes and ideas, organized
• The pace is fast and may require occasional long hours, nights and weekends
• An interest in learning sports & tennis, current tennis knowledge a bonus

The base salary compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
