Job Description
WBNS is seeking a Digital Account Manager who will work with the sales staff to deliver customer results through managing our digital solutions including OTT streaming, targeted display, mobile and video marketing strategies. You will manage a variety of clients and projects every day while collaborating with our team of dynamic sales professionals. We can't wait for you to join us!

Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing:
• Input digital orders with high level of accuracy
• Successful digital campaign implementation, fulfillment, and maintenance.
• Execute creative process for all digital advertising.
• Report monthly metrics and campaign results and assist Account Executives in interpreting results to the client.
• Work as a liaison with all 3rd party vendors.
• Monitor, analyze, and proactively create solutions to retain and grow our digital revenue
• Attend sales calls, if needed, as the digital expert on our product offerings
• Assist with educating sales team on effective digital marketing strategies and revenue growth tactics.
• Additional duties as assigned by leadership to help you grow and attain new skills.

Job Requirements:

Requirements: What We Expect of You:
• Prior experience in an account management role is a plus. Prefer digital agency or client experience within a fast-paced sales environment.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to effectively solve problems.
• Strong written and communication skills

Work Environment: Office

Physical Demands: Sedentary work

Travel: Rarely: less than 10%

Work Environment Set: Office: normally performed in a typical interior/office environment

Physical Demands Set: Sedentary work: Involves sitting most of the time; walking, lifting, bending, standing, etc.
