Responsibilities
• Marketing Strategy
• Manage brand marketing campaigns for Telemundo OneApp and Peacock Latino from strategy development to campaign development & execution
• Understand and articulate strategic targets and unique selling proposition, and write briefs that clarify these
• Work with creative teams on creating promos, social & paid assets and other creative deliverables to ensure creative direction is on point and delivered on time
• Create, update and communicate project documents and presentations to align stakeholders and executives on objectives, deliverables, progress and post mortems
• Serve as main point of communication between internal and external teams on marketing campaign elements. This includes creating presentations and presenting them, leading meetings, etc
• Work closely with media agency on putting omnichannel media plans together and providing all necessary inputs for seamless execution
• Collaborate with cross lines of business for marketing synergy within Telemundo ecosystem to sync and amplify promotion
• Audience Strategy
• Assist in the development of Telemundo's audience strategy, creating roadmap for how to expand the core for media targeting and increased streaming consumption
• Manage the audience development process with the agency as it pertains to data onboarding and identity partners
• Work with data analyst to social new segmentation opportunities as they apply to customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Works under the direct supervision of the VP, Omnichannel Marketing and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum of five years of experience at a brand or agency with focus on direct-to-consumer products
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Television, Digital Analytics, Media
• Strong background in marketing and advertising technologies and their applications to scale performance marketing organizations
• Strong background in social media
• Experience working with data onboarding partners and management of a DMP/CDP
• Experience working across a wide variety of marketing channels
• Experience in both startup environments as well as more established corporate businesses
• Excellent business acumen and consistent track record of creating senior management-level presentations
Functional knowledge of Spanish is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism, as this role will be main contact for internal departments, partners and third party agencies
Desired Characteristics
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
