Responsibilities

Telemundo New Mexico-KASA is looking for a Promotions Producer to work with the VP of Marketing to help plan, create and execute local marketing/branding/promotional campaigns for the station, News Department and for station clients as needed. This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing

Essential Responsibilities
- Create, produce, edit and execute exceptional marketing/branding/promotional campaigns that will serve as the foundation in the overall image of the station, News department, OTT, and digital platforms.
- Work directly with the VP of Marketing and team on multiple projects at the same time. Must be able to multi-task.
- Obtain information and video for production of promotional promos on air and social media to push viewers to Noticias Telemundo Nuevo Mexico.
- Write, produce and execute, result driven news topicals and promos with a marketing angle/hook, plan and execute promotional tactics and campaigns specifically tailored to grow audience share. These tactics include contests, sweepstakes, grassroots campaigns, internal synergies, product placement and pure promotional ''one off'' partnerships.
-Assist local and national sales team meetings to develop and strengthen sponsorship opportunities (NTR) and strategic sales initiatives.
-Write, edit, direct, produce sales projects and help the Sales commercial producer in shoots as needed.
-Work closely with VP of Marketing to create exceptional marketing strategies that are in-line with station initiatives.
- Develop and distribute key creative collateral and material for ''out-of-home'' branding and marketing campaigns.
-Help Manage and maintain promotional inventory and station traffic logs.

Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience with editing and production.
- 4+ years' experience with marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of US Hispanic and/or Multicultural/Ethnic consumers.
- Exceptional skills with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator nonlinear editing software and after affects.
- Must have exceptional writing and reading in Spanish skills.
-Organized and able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
- Must be flexible to work schedule, long hours and weekends as needed.
- Exceptional skills on lighting, operating camera.

Eligibility Requirements:
-Must be able to work afternoon, evening, and some weekend shifts.
-Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
-Must be 18 years or older.
-Must be hands on.
-Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
-Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
